Server Rules

1.Be decent to people

This is the rule everything else comes from. ParkoMC is meant to be a chill place to play, and that only works if people are not miserable to each other.

No harassment, no bullying, and no slurs or hate towards anyone's race, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability. No threats, and nothing sexual involving minors, ever.

2.Chat

• No advertising other servers, Discord invites, or things you are selling.
• No spamming, flooding, or filling chat with caps.
• No sexual or explicit content, and no links to it.

Speak whatever language you like. We do not restrict that.

3.Play fair

Banned: hacked clients, x-ray, and resource packs that let you see through blocks. Auto clickers, macros, and anything that keeps playing while you are away. Minimaps that show players or mobs through terrain.

Mods that only change how the game looks or runs are fine, and so are schematic mods. If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask us first. Asking is never punished.

4.Bugs and exploits

If you find a bug, tell us. Do not use it, and do not pass it around.

Duplicating items, getting out of the world border, reaching places you are not meant to reach, and abusing a broken price all count. Anything you gained from an exploit gets removed.

5.Survival is open

Survival is meant to be cutthroat, and we do not referee it. Raiding, stealing, griefing and PvP are all part of the game here. Spawn is protected, everywhere else is fair.

Trading is at your own risk too. If someone talks you out of your gear, that is between the two of you.

Use /trade and this stops being a problem. It holds both sides of the deal and swaps them at the same time, so nobody can take your items and run.

6.Real money

We would rather you did not buy or sell in game items, currency or accounts for real money. We do not police it and we are not promising to step in, but we may, and we will not be helping you get your money back if a deal goes wrong.

The store is the only place we take real money.

7.One account each

Alternate accounts are not allowed on ParkoMC. Play on one account.

Your account is your responsibility, so do not share it. Anything done on it counts as done by you.

8.Impersonation

Do not use a name or skin meant to make people think you are another player.

Pretending to be staff is treated far more seriously, because it is how people get talked out of their accounts. Staff will never ask you for your password or your login details. Nobody who asks is staff.

9.Personal information

Do not share anyone's personal information, including your own. Real names, addresses, phone numbers, socials, photos, IP addresses.

Posting someone's private details to target them normally ends in a permanent ban. How we handle it depends on the situation, and we judge each one ourselves.

10.What happens if you break a rule

Depending on what happened, you get muted or banned, and it gets longer each time it repeats. Serious things skip straight to the end. We do not publish the exact schedule.

Anything you gained by breaking a rule gets removed, whether or not you are banned for it.

Your rank is never taken away as a punishment. It stays on your account. While you are banned you cannot log in to use it, and no refund is due for that time. The Terms of Service has the full detail.

11.Appeals

Everyone gets to appeal. Open a ticket in our Discord server with your username and what happened.

Be honest. Owning up to something almost always gets a better outcome than arguing about it, and we would rather have you playing than banned.

12.The spirit of it

No list covers everything and we are not going to pretend this one does. Survival being open is not a licence to make the server worse for everyone else. If what you are doing is obviously hurting other people rather than out playing them, it counts.

We may update these rules as the server grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and anything significant gets announced in Discord.
