1.Who we are
ParkoMC is a Minecraft: Java Edition server network operated by Dupliko LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "ParkoMC" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the site or buying from it.
2.Your agreement
By buying a rank, playing on our servers, or using this website, you agree to these terms, to our Server Rules, and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy anything and do not play on our servers.
3.Who can buy
You must be at least 13 years old to buy a rank.
If you are under 18, you may only buy if the person who owns the payment method has given you permission. By completing a purchase you are telling us that you have that permission.
Parents and guardians: if a purchase was made with your card without your permission, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We would much rather sort it out with you directly.
4.What you are buying
A rank is a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use certain features on our servers. You are not buying software, an account, or any form of ownership, and nothing you buy gives you a stake in ParkoMC.
Ranks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, in game currency, or anything else outside our servers.
5.How long a rank lasts
Ranks are a one time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Your rank lasts for as long as the ParkoMC network is running.
Ranks are tied to your Minecraft account and stay with it. If we reset a world or launch a new server, your rank carries over.
6.Perks can change
Your rank is permanent, and the perks that come with it are whatever that rank includes at the time. A live server changes: features get added, rebalanced, or retired, and perks may change along with them. We will not remove your rank, but we cannot promise that every individual perk stays exactly the same forever.
Where we can, we will give notice before removing something meaningful.
7.Delivery
Ranks are applied to your account the next time you log in to the server. This is usually quick, but it is done on a best effort basis and we do not promise a specific delivery time.
If your rank has not arrived after logging in, contact us and we will look into it.
8.Your username
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. We deliver to the name you give us. We are not obliged to move a rank that was delivered to the wrong account, and we do not owe a refund in that situation.
Please check the spelling before you pay. If you do make a mistake, contact us anyway and we will help where we reasonably can.
9.Gifts
You can buy a rank for someone else at checkout. The rank is delivered to the account you name and belongs to that account from then on. The purchase is credited to you on the supporter leaderboard.
A gift cannot be taken back or moved to another account once it has been delivered.
10.Payment
Payments are handled by PayPal and are charged in United States dollars. We never see or store your card details. Your bank may add currency conversion or other fees, which are between you and them.
Prices shown on the store are the prices you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.
11.Refunds
Ranks are digital items delivered to your account, so purchases are not refundable once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. Section 12 explains one such right.
This includes purchases made by mistake, ranks delivered to a username you typed incorrectly, and accounts that are later banned.
12.Right to cancel (EU and UK customers)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase and get your money back.
Because your rank is delivered to you straight away, you lose that right once delivery has begun. By completing a purchase you are asking us to deliver immediately and acknowledging that you will lose your 14 day right to cancel.
If you have not yet received your rank, you can still cancel within 14 days by contacting us.
13.Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you file a chargeback or a PayPal dispute, the rank that payment covered is removed from the account it was delivered to. If that rank was used to get a discount on a higher rank, the higher rank is removed too, because it was only partly paid for.
If you think something has gone wrong with an order, please talk to us first. We can almost always fix it faster than your bank can.
14.Rules and punishments
Playing on our servers means following our Server Rules. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a mute, or a ban, depending on what happened.
Being punished does not take your rank away. Your rank stays on your account. While you are banned you will not be able to log in and use it, and no refund is due for time you cannot play.
15.No resale or transfer
You may not sell, trade, rent, or give away a rank after it has been delivered, and you may not sell or trade a Minecraft account in order to pass on a rank. Gifting at checkout is the only supported way to buy a rank for somebody else.
16.Server availability
We want the servers online and running well, and we work to keep them that way. Even so, the site and the servers are provided as they are, and we cannot promise they will always be available.
Downtime, maintenance, lag, data loss, and outages happen to every server. They are not a breach of these terms and no refund is due for them.
17.If ParkoMC closes
Ranks are sold for the lifetime of the network. If we ever have to close ParkoMC down, ranks end with it and we are not able to refund purchases made before then.
We are not planning to go anywhere. We are telling you this so that you know exactly what you are buying.
18.Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost in game items, builds, progress or currency, or for anything caused by another player.
Where we are found liable despite that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, and nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
19.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the network grows. The date at the top always shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will announce it in our Discord.
Continuing to play or buy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
20.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring a claim there.

ParkoMC is not an official Minecraft product. We are not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We run this network in line with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines and their End User Licence Agreement. You need a legitimate Minecraft: Java Edition account to play here.
